It's finally happening. The big adventure with Meema. For those who don't know me, Meema is my grandmother and we are going to be taking off tomorrow for our trip around the world.
In case you don't know and are wondering why we are traveling around the world, well, we are going to be looking for folk art for Meema’s new international paisley designs. We are going to go to local street markets and see what the native artists are all about. I get to help of course. I am going to be Meema’s assistant. I even get a raise in my allowance.
Meema says we will be meeting a lot of new friends in the countries we will visit. I hope she means friends my age! I am really going to miss my friends here in San Francisco.
